Pricing questions, plainly answered.

How is a technician counted?: Anyone in your workspace who joins a live session or reviews a ticket note draft counts as a billable technician. Admins who only configure the workspace are free.
Do you pass through Recall.ai or OpenAI costs?: No. You bring your own Recall and OpenAI keys and pay those providers directly. TierSignals never holds those keys outside Edge Function secrets and never marks them up.
What does a pilot look like?: A 30-day window with one workspace, up to five technicians, and a structured smoke test against real Google Meet or Zoom sessions. We help you build one Context Pack and run two live sessions on day one.
Can I cancel mid-month?: Yes. Team plans are billed monthly with no commitment. Scale plans are typically annual; we'll talk through what makes sense for your operation.
Is there an on-prem option?: Not today. Scale customers can get a dedicated environment, dedicated Recall workspace, and custom data residency. Reach out if you have a specific requirement.
